This will be a two night campout at Camp Serene, featuring a chili cook-off, disc golf tournament, live music, fire and great company.
Admission includes two nights of camping, entry into the disc golf tournament and chili cook-off, a performance by Eugene's own Upstate Quartet, and breakfast on Sunday.
The disc golf tournament will feature an 18-hole singles round, and a 15-hole glow doubles round. Trophies for best frolfing as well as best chili.
We will also be holding a raffle to benefit the disc golf course. Let us know if you would like to make a donation for it.
Preliminary Schedule
Friday - can arrive at 4 pm and set up you camp site. Casual evening with a nice camp fire and some glowing recreation.
Saturday - Set up chili in the chow hall (please bring in a crock pot so we can keep it hot) between 12-2. Flexible start to singles round, tee off between 1-3 PM. Chili tasting and feed begining at 5 PM. Glow doubles to begin at 7 PM. Live music begins roughly at 8 pm.
Sunday - complimentary breakfast of biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs and coffee will be served from 9:30 to 11:00.
Admission is $35 per person. There will be eight cabins available for $50 for both nights. We are also offering a car camping area where people can nest by their vehicle for $10 extra.
You can just arrive on Saturday if you prefer, and of course you may exit at any time.

We will be complying with the state and county guidance for COVID. All activities will be outside and with social distancing encouraged. Get yourself vaccinated if you haven't yet, and wear a mask if you won't be. Thanks.
If we must cancel the event, your full ticket price and fees will be refunded.
